Oscar-winning actress Emma Stone and her husband, comedy writer and producer Dave McCary, are parting ways with their Austin retreat—offering an almost-finished dream home in the sought-after Tarrytown neighborhood for $26.5 million.
The couple began transforming the 1940s manor back in 2021, but after four years of construction—and as life pulled them further into New York—the project became more distant than personal. Now, with roughly 80 percent of the renovation complete, the property is ready for a new owner to complete its grand vision.
